Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://sanjosetowncarservices.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Genesis Transportation reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Service Description. This Site describes Airport Transportation, Corporate Transportation, Chauffeur Services, Wedding Transportation, Hotel Transportation provided by Genesis Transportation. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Genesis Transportation or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
No Warranties. Genesis Transportation disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Genesis Transportation's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Genesis Transportation harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Law and Venue. CA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in CA.
Term Changes. Genesis Transportation may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
