We had such a great experience with Genesis Transportation! Mike was our driver and he was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly kind, accommodating, and flexible with our schedule, which made the entire day so easy and stress-free. He went above and beyond to make sure everything worked with our plans and gave us a great deal as well. The party bus was perfect for our group, and having such a friendly and helpful driver made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend them and especially Mike to anyone looking for a party bus. We’ll absolutely use them again!

Genesis Transportation is a fantastic reliable service that we used to get to and from SFO airport for our international flights. Showed on time both at our home and was there when our flight arrived late! Beautiful well appointed limo with more than adequate space for people and luggage. We will use for all our flights going forward. Family owned business whose service is unmatched.

Mike is a friendly driver and a overall wonderful experience. I booked this limo service to celebrate my birthday, and we went to a vineyard and then out to lunch. The fee was very reasonable, Just remember an aux cord and hdmi cord if youd like to easily connect your devices. I will definitely book with them again.

Genesis Limo was super easy to book and the communication through booking and pick up was amazing and comforting. Mike kept me updated with the drivers info and arrival details via text, which was very convenient. The SUV was sharp and he got us from Napa to SFO in 1.5 hrs. Thanks Genesis Transportation!

I am a business traveler and visited SF last week. Was looking for a Limo service to airport and came across Genesis Transportation for its high review on customer service. Decided to give it a try and I have to say it really lives up to the rave reviews so far. The chauffeur is professionally dressed, well mannered and have great knowledge of the area. The car is spacious and clean to my expectation. The communication process from start to finish with the company is smooth. I will book their service again when I return.

I was very pleased with the service. Both the dispatcher and the driver were helpful and spent time understanding my particular needs and meeting them to the extent possible on a busy Thanksgiving holiday. The service was punctual and the vehicle was spotless inside and out . The driver, Mike, was a courteous and personable guy. A great choice!

I don't think that I've ever dealt with a car service that was more courteous and more accommodating than they are. With less than one days notice...on 3 occasions...they were able to get me to and from the airport and they always made me feel like I had been a long-time customer. It was easy to recommend them to a family member with the confidence that they would get the same treatment. In these uncertain times, it is very comforting to know that you are being well taken care of. THANK YOU!!
