Outstanding service, trustworthy, safe, punctual and what a wonderful person Mike was to work with! I highly recommend this service! We hired Mike for our daughters sweet 16th for a Party bus to SF. This is my first time using Genesis Transportation service and all of the guests in my party LOVED the service that Mike our driver provided during our 6 hour party on the streets of SanJose and Los Gatos! And, although the service was fantastic, the main reason I reserved with Genesis was due to their Mercedes Sprinter Limo that was totally stylin’ and made us the main attraction no matter where we went on and off the strip. The sprinter limo was pure muscle complete with Mercedes inspired interior all the way to the custom exhaust that had heads turning as we rumbled down the road. Overall, I would recommend reserving with Genesis Transportation in the future and look forward to riding with them again the next time. I'm in San Jose!

Throughout my long career, I have hired many many drivers to transport clients to and from various locations. I am always very nervous when I use a new company as you never know what kind of service you might get. I must say that Genesis Transportation did not disappoint. Mike is super kind, super friendly, and always shows up on time. I am going to use nobody but Genesis Transportation from now on! I know I will not have to worry.

Excellent transportation provider is Genesis. They were excellent and did not let me down. Their SUVs are immaculate and stunning. Mike was very friendly and safe when he drives, he was also very helpful, and i felt very comfortable while driving with him.

We used Genesis Transportation for rides to and from San Francisco airport with Mike as our driver both trips. He earns 5+ stars for providing us excellent service. His communications via email and text were prompt, his pick up time was on schedule that included texts about his arrival, and he was very pleasant to talk with during our rides. I would highly recommend using Genesis for any transportation needs.

Booking with Genesis Transportation was easy, & great communication. Driver was right on time, friendly, professional and provided some bottled water which was awesome. Was so glad to not need to worry about renting a car and finding my way around in the dark. Would definitely book again.

Mike showed up on time with a spotless vehicle, and took us through late afternoon traffic from Watsonville to San Francisco for an event and then picked us up 2 1/2 hours later for the long ride home. He was patient, courteous and professional, navigating rush hour traffic smoothly. His price was very competitive, and we will use his services again.

We booked a Suburban for a day of wine tasting and Genesis Transportation was a professional experience all around. Mike was in constant communication with us, with regular updates leading up to the day reservation including what to expect with our vehicle, driver, and invoice. The morning of our reservation I received text messages on the ETA and arrival. Day of: The vehicle was spotless and everything we'd expect from a ride service. Mike was friendly and super flexible with our plans and when our last tasting took a bit longer he didn't have an issue extending our trip. Next time we'll bring something to stream football off the 2 monitors for the drive out to Healdsburg. Will definitely book again for future transportation needs.
